Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your Kromla account during early access. Kromla is provided by Sudden Sun Holding AS (organisation number 927 246 708), Silurveien 44, 0380 Oslo, Norway ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
What early access includes
Right now an account puts you on the early-access list and lets us contact you. Pipelines, data upload and paid credits are not yet available. Before they are, we will publish updated terms covering data processing, pricing and service levels, and ask you to accept them before you use those features.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use Kromla for research or professional purposes.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- One person per account. Labs will be able to invite members once teams are available.
- Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with its operation.
Cost
Creating an account and being on the early-access list is free. Nothing is charged without your explicit agreement to a price first.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@kromla.com. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we may end the early-access programme, in which case we will tell you by email.
No warranty and limited liability
Early access is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the early-access service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders by email about material changes. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts, with Oslo tingrett as the agreed venue, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
